Organised by Odia Language Literature and Culture Department, Govt. of Odisha in association with Odisha Sangeet Natak Akademi, District Council of Culture, Sambalpur Municipal Corporation at Jawahar Udyan Hirakud, Odisha from 17th to 19th March 2023 at 7.00 PM to 9.30 PM.
